Confidence from training. Fifty-two farmers from  Lupao, Nueva Ecija completed their four-month training on rice production this May. Conducted under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund, the Technology Management Services Division facilitated the Farmers Field School, which introduced the PalayCheck System.
