QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 years relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : Appropriate eligibility for second level positions (CS Prof, RA 1080, PD 907, PD 997)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the evaluation, recommendation, monitoring of special projects needing relevant technical expertise;

2. Assist in planning, development, generation of project proposals;

3. Assist in the review of the validity of technical decisions made on various projects/studies;

4. Verifies, examines various transactions related to his/her field of specializations according to existing auditing rules and regulations;

5. Draft audit plans, discusses internal audit scope and objectives with the personnel prior to conduct of audit;

6. Performs difficult financial and/or operations auditing work;

7. Drafts report on the result of audit, discusses audit results with the auditee/s before finalized;

8. Makes appropriate recommendations based on the results of the audit;

9. Follows-up actions to determine if audit recommendations have been carried out or not and to inquire for the reasons for non-implementation;

10. Comply with the IMS Policy, Procedures, Programs and Projects of PhilRice.

11. Perform other related tasks from time to time.
