Researchers at Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) in San Mateo, Isabela gear on developing and implementing gender-responsive projects in rice farming communities. The training on Gender Mainstreaming Evaluation Framework, Aug. 13, is expected to result in the station’s 70% gender-responsive level.
