Frontline educators immerse in a role-playing exercise to hone their skills in managing challenging clients.

PhilRice’s commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction was reaffirmed in a Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) training conducted in Nueva Ecija on July 25-26.

Frontline educators and workforce were energized with essential skills, enabling them to elevate their standards of service excellence.

Executive Director John C. de Leon emphasized the significance of branding and how exceptional service embodies PhilRice’s core brand values as he welcomed over 50 participants from all stations.

Gil T. Regondola, an accredited FBSE Trainer from the Department of Tourism (DOT), was on top of the first day of training through interactive sessions and lectures.

“One of the invaluable lessons I gained from the training is the art of composure and delivering exceptional service amidst challenging circumstances,” Loven Babes O. Rafallo from PhilRice Bicol said.

Rafallo also expressed her eagerness to share her newfound knowledge with other staffers in Bicol. Similar sentiments were echoed by other participants who voiced out enthusiasm about passing on the valuable lessons they had learned.

Corporate branding and the integration of FBSE principles into PhilRice’s services were also discussed.

The activity is a collaboration between PhilRice and DOT, with the help of the Science City of Muñoz Tourism Office.
