The newly-culminated Farmer Field School (FFS) training under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund – Rice Extension Services Program produced 125 farmers from Bulacan, who will graduate April 2. The farmers expressed eagerness in applying the knowledge they learned during their 3.5-month training at the Hacienda Angelita Nature’s Farm. They were trained on producing high-quality inbred seeds, seed certification, and farm mechanization; and were supervised by the Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The training participants are from six barangays of San Rafael, Bulacan:  Capihan, Maronquillo, Paco, Pasong Bangkal, Sampaloc, and Ulingao.
