Conference Fee
Registration fee of Php 2,000 per participant includes a conference kit, meals and snacks for the whole duration of the conference. The registration fee can be paid to the Registration Committee upon arrival or thru bank deposit to:

Please bring a photocopy of your bank deposit slip as proof of payment, and present it to the Registration Committee for issuance of Official Receipt.
Travel
For participants coming from Visayas and Mindanao, you may take a bus or taxi from NAIA going to Baliwag Bus Terminal in Cubao. Please take the trip via San Jose. Fare going to Muñoz is around Php 231. From Cubao to PhilRice, estimated travel time is 5-6 hours depending on the traffic situation.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants must arrange and pay for their own accommodation. For dormitories and hostels reservation, please download copy of registration form and important reminders.
