

Taking off from the National Year of Rice 2013, the Be RICEponsible is an advocacy campaign that aims to promote the RICEponsibility of every Filipino to their bodies and to our country for better health and rice self-sufficiency. Apart from the role of the farmers, it is informing the consumers and policy-makers on how they can help the country achieve rice self-sufficiency.
Infomediary Campaign – creating new communication pathway in agricultural extension for remote rice farming communities through mobilizing young people to serve as Infomediaries.
The “Gusto Namin, Milyonaryo Kayo” is a rural transformation campaign that aims to assess farmers’ readiness and provide strategies to guide them through the stages of behavioral change. Its four key messages include: a) Dagdagan ang mapagkakakitaan sa inyong bukid; b) Alamin kung anong produkto ang patok sa merkado c) I-proseso ang produkto sa iba’t-ibang pamamaraan d) Gumamit ng mga makabago at angkop na teknolohiya
The Rural Transformation Movement mobilizes various expertise, organizations, and resources to rally and catalyze rural transformation. By rural transformation, we refer to a process that enables positive and relevant change in farmers’ perceptions, attitudes, practices, and life chances with rice-based agriculture as a driver of inclusive and sustainable growth in the rural farming areas.
