An online orientation of PhilRice corporate officials organized by the Administrative Support Division and Finance Management Division, was conducted on August 30, which provided a comprehensive understanding of roles and cultivated awareness of the organization’s essential policies. New and existing management officials were equipped with insights into their involvement in critical areas such as recruitment, learning development, awards and recognitions, and performance management. The activity underscored the Institute’s commitment to effective leadership and its relentless pursuit of organizational excellence.
