𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗔-𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗚𝗔𝗗) 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Led by Mr. Joey Albert Fallorina Rivera, Associate Pastor and Church Admin and Gender Equality Advocate, the session deepened the institution’s understanding of key gender concepts and the legal frameworks that protect the welfare and safety of every women, including the Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710), Anti-Violence Against Women and Children of 2004 (RA 9262), Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 (RA7877) and the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313).By fostering awareness of SOGIESC and gender sensitivity, the DA-PhilRice Midsayap continues to strengthen its commitment to a workplace that is safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone. Together, we grow—not just in rice science, but in public service that leaves no one behind regardless of gender and sex affiliation!
