Delegates from the Ministry of Agriculture in Bangladesh visited Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) to learn about the Institute’s research and development programs and latest technologies in Philippine farming, May 25. The agricultural extension staff had a discussion with Dr. Norvie L. Manigbas on the seed system and advanced production technology. They were also toured to the main laboratories, and technology demonstration areas.
