Pampangueño farmers learn rice on air. Thirty-five farmers in Pampanga recently finished a course on rice and rice-based farming technologies through School-on-Air titled “Maparalang Ortelanu” (wise farmers), a collaborative initiative of the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 3 (DA-RFO-3) and PhilRice.
